Standard Delivery
Forest Fairies delivers to physical addresses within South Africa.
Estimated standard delivery times are generally:
- Johannesburg: approximately 2–3 business days
- Cape Town: approximately 3–5 business days
- Other areas: delivery times depend on destination and courier availability
These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is currently available for qualifying orders:
- eThekwini: orders over R500
- Nationwide: orders over R1000
Eligibility is determined by the delivery address and the shipping methods available during checkout.
Outlying or remote areas may require an alternative delivery arrangement or additional fee.
Flat-Rate Delivery
Where an order does not qualify for free delivery, the available delivery fee will be shown during checkout.
Additional charges may apply to certain outlying or remote areas.
When Free Delivery is available for an order, the standard Flat Rate option will not be shown.
Express Delivery
Express delivery may be available for selected orders and main centres.
Express delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 working days and is subject to:
- stock availability;
- product eligibility;
- courier availability; and
- delivery to an eligible area.

For mixed orders, the standard delivery timeframe may apply.
Orders Placed Before Weekends or Public Holidays
Orders placed close to weekends or public holidays may only be processed or delivered on the following working days.
Remote and Outlying Areas
Forest Fairies reserves the right to contact customers to arrange:
- an alternative delivery method;
- a revised delivery timeframe; or
- an additional delivery charge
where the delivery address falls outside our normal courier coverage.
If delivery cannot reasonably be arranged, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Physical Addresses
We currently deliver to physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number supplied during checkout are accurate.
Receiving Your Parcel
The person accepting the parcel should inspect it on delivery where reasonably possible.
If the parcel or carton appears damaged, or a security seal is broken, please check the contents and note any:
- damaged products;
- breakages; or
- missing items
on the courier documentation where possible.
Please take photographs of any damage and contact Forest Fairies as soon as possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within one day of delivery with:
- your order number;
- details of the issue; and
- clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
Please retain the affected product and packaging until we have advised you what to do next.
Factory Store Pickup
Where available during checkout, customers may select Factory Store Pickup – Durban Only.
Collection details will be supplied with the order confirmation or by the Forest Fairies team.
